1. Service Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Seedance 2.0 account purchase service ("this Service"). This Service is provided to help users obtain Seedance 2.0 platform accounts and related points products.

This Service includes but is not limited to: sales and delivery of Seedance 2.0 basic and premium accounts, points account recharge services, and related customer support. We reserve the right to adjust service scope and prices at any time.

2. User Responsibilities

When using this Service, you agree to comply with the following obligations:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and purchase details
• Properly safeguard your account information and not disclose or transfer it to third parties
• Comply with Seedance platform terms and relevant laws and regulations
• Do not use this Service for any illegal, prohibited, or improper activities
• Bear all consequences and responsibilities arising from your personal actions

If you violate any of the above obligations, we have the right to immediately terminate providing services and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

3. Intellectual Property

All content of this Service and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilation and software, are our property or that of our content providers, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Seedance and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Seedance. Without authorization, you may not use, copy, modify, disseminate, display, or exploit the above intellectual property in any way.

4. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the following:

• Service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure
• Service failures or data loss caused by third parties
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages suffered by users due to using or inability to use this Service
• Any issues or changes inherent to the Seedance platform itself
• Losses caused by users leaking their account information

This Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of service security, reliability, accuracy, or completeness.

5. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any modifications, price adjustments, or termination of the Service, but will endeavor to notify users before changes.

If you disagree with any Service changes, you have the right to stop using this Service. Continued use of this Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

In the following circumstances, we may terminate Service without notice:

• User violates any provision of these Terms
• User engages in illegal or improper behavior
• Required by law or government order

6. Orders and Payment

When you submit an order through this Service, you agree to purchase the corresponding products or services. All orders are confirmed upon our receipt of payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.

Prices are as shown on the page and may change at any time. After payment is completed, refunds are not supported unless refund conditions are met. Payment methods include WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank transfer, etc.

7. Account Delivery and Usage

Account delivery is usually completed within 5 minutes after payment. Delivery is via the contact information you provide (WeChat, email, etc.).

After delivery, you should immediately change your password and keep it secure. After account delivery, we are no longer responsible for account security. When using the account, you must comply with Seedance platform terms of use.

8. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy protection. When using this Service, we may collect your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

We commit to taking reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

9. Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, execution, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court with jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be executed to the maximum extent permitted by law, without affecting the validity of other provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us, superseding any previous agreements or understandings regarding this Service.
